ROSE Award



Mitchell County Regional Health Center has announced a new recognition for all non-nursing, non-provider staff titled the ROSE Award. An acronym for Recognition Of Service Excellence, MCRHC established the honor to reward any deserving employee who exemplifies being an outstanding role model and consistently demonstrates the organization’s core values: Compassion, Collaboration, Curiosity and Integrity. The award is being sponsored by the MCRHC Auxiliary.

The award will be presented in July and nomination forms will be due by June 1, 2025. Nomination forms will be accepted throughout the year.

Patients, visitors and staff members may nominate a deserving MCRHC employee by completing the nomination form listed below.

The winner will be announced during a special presentation and recognized on MCRHC’s social media page(s).
